At ThriftEasy.mt, all items are secondhand and sold as-is. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Returns
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, fit issues, or dislike of the item.
- All sales are final.
2. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:
- The item received is significantly different from the description or photos (e.g. wrong product)

The item arrives damaged in a way not previously disclosed.

To request a refund:

Include your order number and photos of the item.
3. Processing Refunds
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, it will cover the item price only.
5. Exceptions
- Due to the nature of secondhand clothing, minor signs of wear (small marks, light fading, or natural fabric aging) are not valid reasons for refunds
