At ThriftEasy.mt, we aim to deliver your secondhand fashion finds quickly and affordably. Please read below for details on our shipping process.

1. Delivery Area

  • We currently ship within Malta.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • MaltaPost  – Free delivery on all orders over €25.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, or due to MaltaPost delays.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Once shipped, delivery is handled by MaltaPost
  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels after handover to the courier.
