Welcome to ThriftEasy.mt. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

  • ThriftEasy.mt is an online store based in Malta, selling secondhand clothing and accessories.
  • All items are pre-owned and sold as-is.
  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.

2. Products

  • Items may show signs of wear consistent with secondhand use.
  • We aim to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible, but minor differences may occur.
  • Sizes listed are based on garment labels or our best estimate if tags are missing.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple pay and CoD (Cash on Delivery)
  • If payment is not completed at checkout, the order may be cancelled.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Euro (€).
  • Prices are final and non negotiable 
  • Shipping costs are added at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Malta using MaltaPost
  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.
  • Free local pickup can be arranged (by agreement).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the secondhand nature of items, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item received is significantly different from the description.
  • To request a refund in such cases, contact us at info@thrifteasy.mt within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions, damages, or misuse of purchased items.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge the items are pre-owned and may not meet the condition of new products.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
  • Any disputes will be handled under Maltese jurisdiction.
